For its participation to Art Basel Online Viewing Room, mfc-michèle didier is pleased to present a show entitled "Sexual Healing" dedicated to three artists Carolee Schneemann, Martha Wilson and Leigh Ledare exploring relation to photography, to sexuality and to gender representation. The three artist's explore limits between intimacy and it's collective depiction. Every three, in a radical approach, adresse sexuality, representation of the nudity, genders and archetypes in a way that is both brutal and erotic that shatter the classical canon but also social posturing, by staging a kind of ugliness or triviality, disturbing the proprieties.
